Yeah, a pretentious title, I know.
But I’ve just spent about an hour listening to X-Factor: Celebrities in the background and playing about with a few WP themes.
There are some very good-looking ones out there and some clever people who’ve designed them. I’ve settled on one that looks exactly what you’d expect off a serious, older bloke with some pretensions of being techno-savvy.
Not that I’m beating myself up that I haven’t designed anything for WordPress. I’ll learn as I go and if I come up with a killer them I’ll release it to the public for world acclaim!
Yeah, right.
So I’ve tried to keep away from the news today. Can you tell? It was just too much over the last couple of days. Doom and gloom are not uplifting reading and the newspapers do their best to find as much of it as they can. I think occasionally keeping away from it is a very good idea!
